Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to and use of the RepairOS cloud software. Registration and plan activation constitute acceptance of the version made available and capable of being stored when the contract is entered into.
1. Provider and contact details
MasterTech di Petrongolo Luigi, sole proprietorship of Luigi Petrongolo
Viale Abruzzo 150, 66100 Chieti (CH)
VAT no. 02707090698
Email: info@mastertechchieti.it · Tel. 320 950 4829

2. Service and intended users
RepairOS is subscription software for repair shops, professionals and businesses managing electronics repairs, customers, inventory, quotes, receipts and sales. It does not perform repairs and is not a party to contracts between a repair shop and its end customer.
The service is primarily B2B. Mandatory rules of the country of residence continue to apply to any person qualifying as a Consumer.
3. Eligibility, registration and account
Users must be at least 18 and have legal capacity or authority to represent their organisation. They must provide accurate, current data, safeguard credentials, configure staff roles and access, and report suspicious access. Accounts may not be shared outside the organisation or used to circumvent plan limits.
Closure may be requested in Settings or by email. It does not erase data subject to retention duties or needed for pending operations, disputes and backups.
4. Free trial
The trial lasts 7 days and requires no card. Unless a different promotion is clearly stated, no automatic charge occurs at expiry: users must select and pay for a plan to continue using paid features. The Provider may prevent repeated or abusive trials.
5. Plans, features and limits
| Plan | Monthly | Annual |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 8,99 € | 79 € |
| Pro | 13,99 € | 119 € |
| Business | 19,99 € | 179 € |
| Full | 24,99 € | 199 € |
Current prices and features are those shown on the Pricing page and at checkout before payment. In the event of an unintended discrepancy, the checkout summary accepted by the customer prevails. MobileSentrix and other restricted integrations are not automatically included in every plan and may be limited to the super-admin or require separate credentials.
The Provider may manually assign a plan and expiry date: in that case, the recorded and communicated plan, duration and expiry date apply exactly.
6. Prices, taxes, coupons and checkout
Prices are in euros. VAT or other tax treatment is shown at checkout and on the tax document according to the applicable regime. Before payment, the plan, billing frequency, duration, renewal, discount, tax and total are displayed. Coupons are subject to their configured expiry, plan, duration, value and usage limit; they are not redeemable for cash or combinable unless stated.
7. Payments
Recurring payments are processed by Stripe. Available methods and authentication depend on country, currency and Stripe settings. RepairOS does not store full card data. Users warrant that they are authorised to use the selected method. A declined or overdue payment may suspend plan features after reasonable retry and notice.
8. Term, renewal, cancellation and changes
Monthly or annual plans renew automatically at the relevant expiry unless cancelled before the next charge. Cancellation is available under Settings → Plan through the Stripe portal or by contacting the Provider. Access continues until the end of the paid term and no pro-rata refund is due, except for withdrawal rights or mandatory law.
Price or term changes for future renewals are communicated on a durable medium with reasonable notice. Users may cancel before they take effect. No retroactive change affects accrued rights.
9. Consumer withdrawal right
A Consumer may withdraw without reason within 14 days from entering into a paid subscription, subject to statutory exceptions. If service begins at the Consumer’s request during that period, a proportionate amount for service already supplied may be due upon withdrawal. Loss of the right for a fully performed service applies only with the express consent and acknowledgement required by law.
Withdrawal may be submitted using the online function below or by an unequivocal email statement. The function produces a dated confirmation that can be saved and printed.
10. Acceptable use
Users must not violate law or third-party rights, upload malware, interfere with the service, perform unauthorised scraping or automated access, bypass security or limits, resell accounts, send spam, enter data without a legal basis or use RepairOS deceptively. Users remain responsible for the lawfulness of their content and data.
11. Repair-shop data and portability
The repair shop retains rights in its data and grants RepairOS only the right to process it to provide, protect and support the service. It must perform checks and periodic exports appropriate to its needs. Available export features allow key data to be obtained in common formats.
12. Processing on behalf of the repair shop — GDPR Article 28
For customer and staff data entered by the repair shop, the shop is controller and the Provider is processor. This section forms the data-processing agreement together with the Privacy Policy.
- subject matter and duration: provision of RepairOS for the account term and technical return/deletion period;
- nature and purpose: storage, organisation, access, export, backup, support and security;
- categories: customers, contacts, employees and technicians; identification, contact, device, repair, signature, image and transaction data;
- instructions: user settings and actions, these Terms and lawful documented requests;
- confidentiality and security: access limited to authorised persons and appropriate technical/organisational safeguards;
- sub-processors: providers listed in the Privacy Policy, subject to equivalent duties; material changes will be notified with an opportunity to raise reasoned objections;
- assistance: reasonable support for data-subject rights, breaches, DPIAs and consultations, taking account of available information;
- end of service: return through export and deletion within 90 days, subject to law and rotating backups;
- audits: information necessary to demonstrate compliance and reasonable coordinated audits that do not compromise security or other customers.
The Provider informs the shop if it believes an instruction infringes data-protection law and notifies breaches without undue delay.
13. Third-party integrations
Stripe, WhatsApp/Meta, MobileSentrix, maps and other services remain subject to their own terms. Activation by the user authorises necessary data flows. The Provider does not guarantee third-party availability, catalogues, prices, messages or APIs and may suspend an integration if it changes, becomes insecure or unlawful.
14. Intellectual property
RepairOS software, interface, trade marks, graphics and documentation are protected. The licence is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and valid for the plan term. Copying, reverse engineering except where lawfully permitted, distribution and creation of competing services through systematic extraction are prohibited.
15. Availability, maintenance and backups
The Provider uses reasonable continuity, monitoring and backup measures but does not promise uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is notified where reasonably possible. Incidents, internet failures, force majeure and third-party services may cause interruptions. Backups are a service-continuity measure and do not replace user exports.
16. Suspension and termination
The Provider may proportionately suspend service for non-payment, security risks, unlawful use or material breach, stating reasons and remedies where possible. Termination does not affect payments, withdrawal, export, legal duties and accrued rights.
17. Liability
Each party is liable under applicable law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence, death or injury, privacy breaches, Consumer rights or other mandatory liability. RepairOS is a management tool: the repair shop remains responsible for repairs, quotes, tax documents, warranties, communications and customer relationships.
In exclusively B2B relationships and except for mandatory cases, aggregate liability for direct loss attributable to the Provider shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event. Indirect loss and lost profits are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
18. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay caused by unforeseeable events beyond reasonable control, provided effects are mitigated. If the event lasts more than 60 days, either party may terminate future performance, subject to mandatory refunds.
19. Privacy, cookies and communications
Processing is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Acceptance of these Terms is not marketing consent. Contractual and security communications may be sent to the account email.
20. Accessibility
The Provider aims to make features compatible with assistive technology and keyboard navigation. Accessibility issues may be reported to support, stating the page, device and difficulty experienced.
21. Complaints and ADR
Complaints may be sent to info@mastertechchieti.it. The Provider normally responds within 30 days. Consumers may contact a competent ADR body; the Provider does not generally undertake to participate unless legally required. The former EU ODR platform has been discontinued.
22. Governing law, jurisdiction and language
Italian law applies. Consumers retain mandatory protections of their habitual country of residence and the jurisdiction provided by law. In exclusively professional relationships, the courts of Chieti have jurisdiction, subject to any specific approval required by Italian Civil Code Sections 1341-1342.
The Italian and English versions are intended to be equivalent. In case of interpretive inconsistency, Italian prevails, without limiting mandatory rules applicable to Consumers.
23. Changes, severability and storage
The accepted version applies to the contract. Material changes to ongoing relationships are notified with notice and a right to terminate where required. Invalidity of one clause does not invalidate the remainder. Users may save or print this page; the Provider retains the version and available evidence of acceptance in its systems.
24. Model withdrawal form
As an alternative to the online function, send to MasterTech di Petrongolo Luigi, Viale Abruzzo 150, 66100 Chieti (CH), info@mastertechchieti.it: “I hereby withdraw from my RepairOS contract for plan/order [details], entered into on [date]. Name, address, account email, date and signature if submitted on paper.”
